Order Processing

Our orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 48 hours. Please note all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Rates & Costs

First Class Mail and Priority Mail is offered for purchases that include books and merchandise. Media Mail is offered when only purchasing books. Please note that once orders have been processed, we are unable to change shipping methods.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, reach out to us at info@gordonandlili.com to see if we can make an exception. We want Gordon & Li Li to be available to everyone, everywhere! All shipping fees, customs and duties will be paid by customer.

Multiple Address Shipping

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

We cannot assume responsibility for missing or lost packages.
