Welcome to Gordon & Li Li’s world!

I’m Michele Wong McSween author and creator of Gordon & Li Li, the first-ever Mandarin bilingual book series. I was desperate to find early childhood development books for non-Mandarin speaking families like ours. When I came up empty handed, I set out to create them myself.

What began as a passion project born out of necessity has blossomed into a beloved series for multicultural families inspired to connect with Chinese culture and language.
